The Menu: Vanilla and ricotta pancakes served with banana, nuts and yogurt.
Level: Beginners to intermediate
Skills/ techniques/ content covered: Pan frying, whisking egg whites, making a compote, recipe adaptions, presentation suggestions
Age suitability: 6 years +. Please advise of age at time of booking. Alternative equipment maybe provided for those 17 years or under and some stages will be for participation of those aged 8 years +.
What else you might want to know: 1 ticket covers 1 adult + 1 child. The price includes one glass of orange juice or one hot drink. Dishes are cooked in pairs and will be served with banana, yogurt and nuts. Induction hobs will be used in this workshop. This is a dine-in workshop. Additional beverages are available for purchase.
